HUIS本体とパソコンを付属のmicroUSBケーブルで接続します。
注意 市販のUSBケーブルでは動作しない可能性がありますので、付属品をご使用ください。

本機に[USBケーブルが接続されました]画面が出たら、[パソコンと接続]をタップします。
ソフトウェアのバージョンが3.0.0以降の場合に表示されます。

※この画面が表示されない場合は、手順4に進んでください。

HUIS本体にアップデートファイルを保存します。
エクスプローラー(Windows)のコンピューターや、ファインダー(Mac)のデバイスに表示されている「HUIS-100RC」に保存します。

※保存が完了しましたら、パソコンで「取り外す」「安全に取り外す」操作をした後に、microUSBケーブルをはずしてください。

HUIS本体でアップデートを実行します。
1. HOMEボタンを押して、ホーム画面へ戻ります。
2. 設定ボタンを押します。
3. 設定画面で、「システム」をタップします。
4. システム画面で、「アップデートする」をタップします。
5. 画面の指示に従い、アップデートを実行してください。

※アップデートが完了するとHUIS本体が自動で再起動します。再起動には数分かかる場合がありますが、「アップデート成功」が表示されるまでお待ちください。

※アップデートファイルよりソフトウェアのバージョンが新しい場合、アップデートはできません。現在のバージョンはシステム画面で確認できます。

※「アップデート中」が表示されているときには、リセットボタンを押さないでください。

※アップデートには、バッテリー残量が50%以上必要です。バッテリー残量は設定画面で確認できます。

(重要)本契約は、ソニー株式会社(以下「ソニー」とします)とお客様との間でのHUIS REMOTE CONTROLLER製品(以下「本製品」とします)に含まれるコンピューターソフトウェアおよびマニュアル(アップデート・アップグレード版を含み、以下「許諾ソフトウェア」とします)の使用権の許諾に関する条件を定めるものです。許諾ソフトウェアをご使用いただく前に、必ず本契約をご一読ください。本契約にご同意いただけない場合、許諾ソフトウェアの使用はできません。

なお、許諾ソフトウェアの中には、ソニー以外のソフトウェアの権利者が定める使用許諾条件(GNU General Public license (GPL)、Lesser/Library General Public License (LGPL)を含みますが、これらに限られるものではありません)を伴うソフトウェア(以下「対象外ソフトウェア」とします)が含まれている場合があります。 対象外ソフトウェアのご使用は、各権利者の定める使用許諾条件に従っていただくものとします。対象外ソフトウェアのうち米Universal Electronic Inc.により提供されるUEI Quicksetソフトウェアに関する利用条件は本契約別紙をご確認ください。

第1条(総則)

許諾ソフトウェアは、日本国内外の著作権法ならびに著作者の権利およびこれに隣接する権利に関する諸条約その他知的財産権に関する法令によって保護されています。許諾ソフトウェアは、本契約の条件に従いソニーからお客様に対して使用許諾されるもので、許諾ソフトウェアの著作権等の知的財産権はお客様に移転いたしません。

第2条(使用権)

ソニーは、許諾ソフトウェアを本製品上で使用する、非独占的且つ譲渡不能な権利をお客様に許諾します。

第3条(権利の制限)

  • 1. お客様は、許諾ソフトウェアの全部または一部について、複製、複写、譲渡、再販売または改変を行ってはならないものとします。また、許諾ソフトウェアに含まれるトレードマークやその他の権利標記等の表示を削除または外観の変更をしてはならないものとします。
  • 2. お客様は許諾ソフトウェアを再使用許諾、貸与またはリースその他の方法で第三者に使用させてはならないものとします。
  • 3. お客様は、許諾ソフトウェアの一部分を許諾ソフトウェアから分離して使用しないものとします。
  • 4. お客様は、許諾ソフトウェアを用いて、ソニーまたは第三者の著作権等の権利を侵害する行為を行ってはならないものとします。
  • 5. お客様は、法令により認められる場合および対象外ソフトウェアに関してその利用条件により別途認められる場合を除き、許諾ソフトウェアに関しリバースエンジニアリング、逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル等のソースコード解析作業を行ってはならないものとします。
  • 6. 許諾ソフトウェアの使用に伴い、許諾ソフトウェアが自動的に許諾ソフトウェアで用いるためのデータファイルを作成する場合があります。この場合、当該データファイルは許諾ソフトウェアと看做されるものとします。お客様は当該データファイルを用いてデータマイニング等の統計解析を行ってはならないものとします。

第4条(許諾ソフトウェアの権利)

許諾ソフトウェアに関する著作権等一切の権利は、ソニー、ソニーの関連会社またはソニーが本契約に基づきお客様に対して使用許諾を行うための権利をソニーまたはソニーの関連会社に許諾した原権利者(以下「原権利者」とします)に帰属するものとし、お客様は許諾ソフトウェアに関して本契約に基づき許諾された使用権以外の権利を有しないものとします。 お客様は、ソニー、ソニーの関連会社または原権利者に帰属する許諾ソフトウェアに関する著作権等一切の権利を制限しまたは損なう行為を行ってはならないものとします。

第5条(許諾ソフトウェアによる本製品等に関する情報の収集)

  • 1. 許諾ソフトウェアの使用開始に伴い、許諾ソフトウェアが、本製品、許諾ソフトウェア、許諾ソフトウェアに関連するコンテンツ、対象外ソフトウェア、およびお客様によるそれらの使用に関する次の各号に揚げる情報(以下「本情報」といいます)を、収集し、ソニーに送信することがあります。ソニーは本情報を本条の規定に従い使用または保管するものとし、お客様個人を特定する目的では使用しません。ただし、特定の許諾ソフトウェア使用時に別途条件が提示され、お客様に同意を頂いた場合には、本情報の使用または保管はかかる別途の条件に従います。
    • (ア) 自動的に生成される本製品の ID番号
    • (イ) 本製品およびその構成部分の稼働状況
    • (ウ) 本製品、許諾ソフトウェア、許諾ソフトウェアに関連するコンテンツまたは対象外ソフトウェアの構成情報
    • (エ) 本製品、許諾ソフトウェア、許諾ソフトウェアに関連するコンテンツまたは対象外ソフトウェア、もしくはそれらの使用状況、使用頻度情報(お客様がどの機能を稼働状態にしたかおよび関連する統計データを含みます)
    • (オ) 許諾ソフトウェアの使用場所などの位置情報
  • 2. ソニーは、本情報を下記の目的(以下「本目的」とします)のために、法律の定めに従い、保管、使用または開示できるものとします。
    • (ア) 本製品の機能および本製品使用時に発生するエラーまたはバグの管理
    • (イ) 許諾ソフトウェアのアップデート版 /アップグレード版を提供するための許諾ソフトウェアの機能の管理
    • (ウ) ソニー、ソニーの関連会社または第三者の提供する製品、ソフトウェアおよびサービスの開発・性能向上
    • (エ) ソニー、ソニーの関連会社または第三者による、製品、ソフトウェアおよびサービスに関する情報の提供
    • (オ) ソニー、ソニーの関連会社または第三者による、位置情報に基づく製品、ソフトウェアおよびサービスの提供
    • (カ) 適用法令等の遵守
  • 3. ソニーは、本情報を次に定める条件に従いソニーの関連会社および第三者に開示できるものとします。
    • (ア) ソニーは、本目的の遂行のために、本情報をソニーの関連会社と共有することができるものとします。ソニーの関連会社とはソニーがその総株主の議決権の 50%以上を直接または間接に有する法人(法人でない場合は、ソニーが当該事業体の事業方針の決定に対して重要な影響を与えることができる事業体)をいいます。
    • (イ) ソニーは、本目的の遂行のために、ソニーまたはソニーの関連会社が、本製品、許諾ソフトウェア、許諾ソフトウェアに関連するコンテンツまたは対象外ソフトウェアに関して取引を行っているまたは将来行う第三者に本情報を開示し、共有できるものとします。
    • (ウ) ソニーは、政府機関からまたは法令に基づいて開示の要求がなされた場合、または許容される範囲において、違法行為、犯罪行為その他の問題行為から、苦情、クレーム、申立を調査し、ソニーまたは第三者の権利を守るために、本情報を保有し、利用し、警察・政府機関を含む第三者に開示することができるものとします。
  • 4. 本情報は、お客様の居住国外に送信され、処理、保管されることがあります。本情報はお客様の居住国外でソニーまたはソニーが当該業務を委託する第三者によって処理されます。それらの国においては、データ保護およびプライバシーに関する法律の保護がお客様の居住国の法律と同等でない場合、本情報に関するお客様の権利が制限されることがあります。ソニーは、本情報に対する不正なアクセスや漏洩を防ぐための適切な技術的措置を講じ、体制を維持すべく合理的な努力を致します。ただし、ソニーは、かかる措置や体制により、不正アクセスや情報漏洩が生じないことを保証するものではありません。
  • 5. 本契約または許諾ソフトウェアの使用に関し、ソニーがお客様の個人名、住所、電話番号または E-mailアドレスなど、個人を特定する情報を収集する場合、ソニーは収集する情報および目的を明示の上、別途お客様の同意を頂くものとします。ソニーは当該同意を頂く際に提示する条件およびソニーのプライバシーポリシーに従い、かかる情報を使用するものとします。ソニーのプライバシーポリシーについては、http://www.sony.co.jp/privacy/をご参照下さい。 なお、お客様が第三者のソフトウェアまたはサービスを使用し当該第三者に何らかの情報を提供する場合には、当該第三者が提示するプライバシーポリシーをご確認下さい。

第6条(オープンソースソフトウェア)

  • 1. 対象外ソフトウェアには、①ソースコードの形式でまたは無償で公に入手可能なソフトウェアを含むものまたはその派生物であり、かつ②本契約の規定と異なる定めの適用を受けるソフトウェア(対象となるソフトウェアおよびその派生物をソースコードの形式で開示または頒布する義務、対象となるソフトウェアを任意の第三者に対して自由に使用許諾させる義務等を含むがこれに限られない。また、これには GNU General Public License (GPL)やGNU Lesser/Library General Public License (LGPL)に基づいてライセンスされているソフトウェアを含むがこれに限らない。)(以下「オープンソースソフトウェア」とします)が含まれることがあります。
  • 2.ソニーが開示するオープンソースソフトウェアのソースコードは、 http://oss.sony.net/Products/Linux/またはその他ソニーの指定するサイトにてご確認下さい。オープンソースソフトウェアには、それぞれのオープンソースソフトウェアに該当するライセンス条件が、本契約の代わりに適用されます。

第7条(責任の範囲)

  • 1.許諾ソフトウェアは現状有姿でお客様に提供されるものとし、ソニー、ソニーの関連会社および原権利者は、許諾ソフトウェアにエラー、バグ等の不具合がないこと、第三者の知的財産権を侵害していないこと、許諾ソフトウェアが中断なく稼動することならびに許諾ソフトウェアの使用がお客様または第三者に損害を与えないことを含め、お客様に対して何らの保証もしないものとします。ただし、ソニー、ソニーの関連会社および原権利者は、当該エラー、バグ等の不具合に対応するため、許諾ソフトウェアの一部を書き換えるソフトウェアもしくはバージョンアップの提供による許諾ソフトウェアの修補または当該エラー、バグ等についての問い合わせ先の通知を行うことがあります。 本項に定めるソフトウェアおよびバージョンアップの提供方法または問い合わせ先の通知方法はソニー、ソニーの関連会社または原権利者がその裁量により定めるものとします。
  • 2. 許諾ソフトウェアの稼動が依存する可能性のある、許諾ソフトウェア以外の製品、ソフトウェアまたはネットワークサービス(当該製品、ソフトウェアまたはサービスは第三者が提供する場合に限られず、ソニー、ソニーの関連会社または原権利者が提供する場合も含みます)は、当該ソフトウェアまたはネットワークサービスの提供者の判断で中止または中断する場合があります。ソニー、ソニーの関連会社および原権利者は、許諾ソフトウェアの稼動が依存する可能性のあるこれらの製品、ソフトウェアまたはネットワークサービスが中断なく正常に作動することおよび将来に亘って正常に稼動することを保証いたしません。
  • 3. 許諾ソフトウェアにはソニーまたはソニーの指定する第三者(ソニーの関連会社を含む)のサーバーに本製品を接続した際に許諾ソフトウェアが自動的にアップデートされる機能を有するものがあります。お客様が、この自動アップデートの機能を用いない旨設定した場合、または、アップデートをするか否かを問い合わせる設定にした場合で且つお客様がアップデートの実行を拒否した場合、当該許諾ソフトウェアの全部または一部の機能が使用できない場合があります。これについてソニーは何等の責任を負わないものとします。
  • 4. お客様に対するソニー、ソニーの関連会社および原権利者の損害賠償責任はいかなる場合にも、お客様に直接且つ現実に生じた通常の損害に限定され且つお客様が証明する許諾ソフトウェアの購入代金を上限とします。ただし、かかる制限を禁止する法律の定めがある場合はこの限りではないものとします。

第8条(用途の限定)

許諾ソフトウェアは高度の安全性が要求され、許諾ソフトウェアの不具合や中断が生命、身体への危険、有体物または環境に対する重大な損害に繋がる用途(例えば、原子力発電所を含む核施設の制御、航空機の制御、通信システム、航空管制、生命維持装置または兵器)を想定しては設計されていません。ソニー、その関連会社および原権利者は、許諾ソフトウェアがこれら高度の安全性が要求される用途に合致することを一切保証しません。

第9条(第三者に対する責任)

お客様が許諾ソフトウェアを使用することにより、第三者との間で著作権、特許権その他の知的財産権の侵害を理由として紛争を生じたときは、お客様自身が自らの費用で解決するものとし、ソニー、ソニーの関連会社および原権利者に一切の迷惑をかけないものとします。

第10条(著作権保護および自動アップデート)

  • 1. お客様は、許諾ソフトウェアの使用に際し、日本国内外の著作権法ならびに著作者の権利およびこれに隣接する権利に関する諸条約その他知的財産権に関する法令に従うものとします。また、許諾ソフトウェアのうち、著作物の複製、保存および復元等を伴う機能の使用に際して、ソニーが必要と判断した場合、ソニーが、当該著作物の著作権保護のため、かかる許諾ソフトウェアによる複製、保存、復元等の頻度の記録をとり、状態を監視し、さらに複製、保存および復元の拒否、本契約の解約を含む、あらゆる措置をとる権利を留保することに同意するものとします。
  • 2. お客様は、お客様がソニーまたはソニーの指定する第三者(ソニーの関連会社を含む)のサーバーに本製品を接続する際、 次の各号に同意するものとします。
    • (ア) 許諾ソフトウェアのセキュリティー機能の向上、エラーの修正等の目的で許諾ソフトウェアが適宜自動的にアップデートされること、
    • (イ) 当該許諾ソフトウェアのアップデートに伴い、許諾ソフトウェアの機能が追加、変更または削除されることがあること
    • (ウ) アップデートされた許諾ソフトウェアについても本契約の各条項が適用されること

第11条(ネットワークサービス)

許諾ソフトウェアは、ネットワークサービスを通じて利用可能となるコンテンツと共に使用されることを想定している場合があります。コンテンツおよびネットワークサービスを利用するにあたっては、当該ネットワークサービスのご利用条件に従っていただく必要があります。かかるご利用条件にご同意いただけない場合、許諾ソフトウェアの利用は限定的なものとなる場合があります。ネットワークサービスまたはコンテンツのご利用にあたっては、インターネット環境が必要となります。インターネット環境の整備、セキュリティーおよびその費用についての責任はお客様にあるものとします。尚、許諾ソフトウェアの動作や機能は、インターネット環境により限定的なものとなる場合があります。また、ネットワークサービスの中止または終了およびインターネット環境等により、許諾ソフトウェアと共に使用されるコンテンツが利用できなくなる場合があります。

第12条(契約の解約)

  • 1. ソニーは、お客様が本契約に定める条項に違反した場合、直ちに本契約を解約し、またはそれによって蒙った損害の賠償をお客様に対し請求できるものとします。
  • 2. 前項またはその他の事由で本契約が終了した場合でも、第4条、第5条第 2項乃至第 5項、第6条乃至第16条の規定は有効に存続するものとします。

第13条(許諾ソフトウェアの廃棄)

前条の規定により本契約が終了した場合、お客様は契約の終了した日から2週間以内に許諾ソフトウェアおよびその複製物を廃棄するものとし、その旨を証明する文書をソニーに差し入れするものとします。

第14条(契約の改訂)

ソニーはお客様が登録した電子メールアドレスへの電子メールの発信、ソニー所定のサイトでの告知またはその他ソニーが適切と判断する方法をもってお客様に事前に通知することにより、本契約の条件を改訂することがあります。お客様はかかる改訂に同意しない場合は、本契約の条件改定の発効日前までに、ソニーにその旨を連絡するとともに直ちに許諾ソフトウェアの使用を中止するものとします。本契約の条件改訂の発効日以降のお客様による許諾ソフトウェアの使用をもって、お客様は改訂されたソフトウェア使用許諾契約書に同意したものとします。

第15条(ユーザー登録の抹消)

  • 1. お客様が、本製品を譲渡または破棄する場合、または本契約が終了した場合には、お客様は、本製品内の許諾ソフトウェアを削除し、本製品を通じて取得したアカウントを消去することによりユーザー登録を抹消するものとします。
  • 2. お客様は、本製品を通じて取得したアカウント、ユーザーネーム、パスワードに関する情報の秘密保持について一切の責任を負うものとします。

第16条(その他)

  • 1. 本契約は、日本国法に準拠するものとします。ただし、別紙に定める米Universal Electronic Inc.とお客様との間の契約についてはカリフォルニア州法に準拠するものとします。
  • 2. お客様は、許諾ソフトウェアを日本国外に持ち出して使用する場合、適用ある輸出管理規制、法律、命令に従うものとします。
  • 3. 本契約は、消費者契約法を含む消費者保護法規によるお客様の権利を不利益に変更するものではありません。
  • 4. 本契約の一部条項が法令によって無効となった場合でも、当該条項は法令で有効と認められる範囲で依然として有効に存続するものとします。
  • 5. 本契約に定めなき事項または本契約の解釈に疑義を生じた場合は、お客様およびソニーは誠意をもって協議し、解決するものとします。
  • 6. 本契約に基づく原権利者の米Universal Electronic Inc.への通知は、以下の宛先に郵便料金前払い、配達証明サービス付きの内容証明郵便(米FedEx Corporationまたは類似の事業者により提供されるサービス)で送付するものとします。送付書面は英文によるものとします。

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR UEI Quickset and all elements, components, and features thereof, whether provided by Universal Electronic Inc. or a third-party. Redistribution, Resale, Or Rental Not Permitted.

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR USING THE SERVICES AND/OR SOFTWARE PRODUCT WITH WHICH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT WAS PROVIDED, INCLUDING DATA AND/OR INFORMATION GENERATED VIA USE OF THE SERVICES AND/OR SOFTWARE (THE "PRODUCT"), THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("LICENSEE") IS CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF LICENSEE DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, LICENSEE MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.

1. LICENSE GRANT. As used in this Agreement, "UEI" shall mean Universal Electronics Inc. and it's affiliates or subsidiaries. UEI grants Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use, access, display and run the Product only on the UEI website providing access to the Product, and solely in connection with UEI remote control products subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. UEI reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

2. TERM AND TERMINATION. The license granted under this Agreement shall continue so long as Licensee is in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, or a period of Eighteen (18) months from the date of Acceptance, whichever is shorter, provided that UEI may in its sole discretion alter the Term hereunder without notice to licensee. The license will automatically terminate earlier if Licensee fails to comply with the terms, conditions, or limitations described herein. Licensee must destroy all copies of the Product upon termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else to the contrary herein, UEI shall have no obligation to provide services, data, or other functionality in the software to Licensee following the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Product shall remain in UEI. Licensee acknowledges such ownership and intellectual property rights and will not take any action to jeopardize, limit or interfere in any manner with UEI's or its suppliers' ownership of or rights with respect to the Product. The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties.

Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Product are the property of the applicable content owner and are protected by applicable law. The license granted under this Agreement gives Licensee no rights to such content. Any copy shall contain all of the notices regarding proprietary rights that are contained in the Product originally delivered by UEI.

4. RESTRICTIONS. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, and in addition to any other restrictions herein, Licensee may not: (i) modify or create any derivative works of the Product or documentation, including translation or localization; (ii) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or the underlying database values for the Product (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction); (iii) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, use the Products in a timesharing or service bureau arrangement, or otherwise transfer rights to the Product; (iv) copy the Product (except for an archival copy which must be stored on media other than a computer hard drive) or documentation; (v) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Product; (vi) modify any header files or class libraries in the Product; (vii) create or alter tables or reports relating to the database portion of the Product (except as necessary for operating the Product); engage in "data mining" activities or any other unauthorized uses of the Product (as determined by UEI in its sole discretion); or (ix) publish any results of benchmark tests run on the Product or disclose Product features, errors or bugs to a third party without UEI’s prior written consent.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS BORNE BY LICENSEE. SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, LICENSEE AND NOT UEI OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY SERVICE AND REPAIR. IN ADDITION, THE SECURITY MECHANISMS IMPLEMENTED BY THE PRODUCT HAVE INHERENT LIMITATIONS, AND LICENSEE MUST DETERMINE THAT THE PRODUCT SUFFICIENTLY MEETS ITS REQUIREMENTS. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL UEI OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

UEI may additionally use and disclose this information to others, but not in a form that personally identifies you. (g) Licensee may not assign or otherwise transfer by operation of law or otherwise this Agreement or any rights or obligations herein without the prior express written consent of UEI, which will not be unreasonably withheld. (h) This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns. (i) The relationship between UEI and Licensee is that of independent contractors and neither Licensee nor its agents shall have any authority to bind UEI in any way.
